About Us

Hello! 
I’m Megan, the owner and founder of Mountain Dog Wellness. The pups in my pack, my official taste testers, are Wiley and Bindi. I adopted Wiley in 2016 when he was just under a year old. He is a Boxer/RidgebackX  who brings me so much joy everyday :) I’ve had many dogs throughout my life…all incredible, and very much loved but I have to say it didn’t take me long to realize Wiley is my heart dog. No doubt about it! Bindi is a German Shorthaired Pointer who came into my life during the summer of 2020, when she was just 8 weeks old and incredibly sick. She is my little miracle pooch! And can I just say she keeps me on my toes every hour of every day! 

Fueled by the desire to support the specific needs of my own dogs, Mountain Dog Wellness was created with it's original vision of handcrafting  a premium, organic CBD treat for dogs. Wiley was the springboard for our small business. I wanted and needed a natural way to help him with his general anxiety, as well as his intense fear of storms. A CBD cookie, handcrafted in small batches and made with Organic and Human Grade Ingredients. 

Our original vision is still the same, it's just grown!! Holistic health and wellness, organic sustainable foods and natural remedies whenever possible will always be  important to me. Having my own sensitivities, and experiences with “traditional”  treatments I am always looking for a more holistic approach to wellness. I need to support my dogs in the same way, in natural ways whenever possible. 

I’m excited to share my passion with you and your doggos! I hope you’ll give our products a try. Everything in our shop is created with Love and Good Health in Mind!
