Ingredients include: Organic banana, organic peanut butter, organic coconut oil, organic chia, organic flax, organic coconut flour and organic buckwheat flour.
Buckwheat flour is not a grain but a nutrient dense seed, with many nutritional benefits... rich in amino acids, fatty acids and B vitamins, and a good source of magnesium. Chia is rich in fiber and Omega 3s. Flax is also a terrific source of Omega 3s
